The ETS – What do the experts think?

It’s all very well hearing the politicians, media, and commentators views on Emissions Trading. But what do the experts and scientists think? I’ve just been reading a summation of a few climate change experts on what they think of the Emissions Trading Scheme – both current and when it was first past last November (thanks to the Science Media Centre).
